Welcome to Birds Norfolk Holiday Homes We currently have over 50 Self-catering holiday homes along the beautiful NW Norfolk coast and countryside, close to holiday amenities and safe sandy beaches. All are graded up to 5 Star in quality standards by Visit England.

Bungalows, apartments, houses, cottages – modern or with character, large or small! Children and pets welcome. Sea views or in rural countryside, we are sure that we have the property to suit your holiday needs and we are privileged to have clients who wish to share such lovely homes. They can cater for 2 or up to 12 persons, some with an annexe too.

NW Norfolk is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a haven for bird watchers, wind surfers and sailors. Everyone loves a seaside holiday. Whether you like walking, relaxing, gazing at our magnificent west-facing sunsets, building sandcastles or actively exploring, this coastline has such a lot to offer. The estates and gardens of Sandringham and Holkham, plus Norfolk Lavender, are only a short drive away as are many other different holiday interests. Kings Lynn, Wells, Sheringham, Holt and Norwich are within about an hours’ drive for more exploration. The area is host to many current celebrities and famous people! You may even spot a celebrity chef in one of their pubs/restaurants! Local ales and food abound in the local eateries – well worth checking out!

Many of our guests return the following season and we have some who we have known for over 30 years! So if you wish to book for next year, be an ‘Early Bird’ and get the property you want!
