I have 11 properties that i rent out, i contacted Stuart as i needed an EICR, PAT and Smoke Alarm check in each of them. I simply sent Stuart at EICR Scotland a spreadsheet with all the tenants contact details and addresses and he arranged access with each and every one of them, carried out the inspections and sent my reports on the same day for each property, couldn't ask for a better and stress free service. Other companies charge for contacting tenants and same day reports but EICR Scotland do this all for no extra cost, amazing.
